Dog Policy
There will be NO dogs allowed PAST THE BRIDGE on the Auto Road. The bridge is located at the base of the Auto Road and must be crossed to reach the festival tent. Dogs are allowed in the summit-bound vehicle but must remain on a leash once on the summit.  So be kind – leave your pet at home.

Saturday, July 6, 2013 – RACE DAY!

Mt. Washington Auto Road

6:00-8:00am – Racer Check-in

  • Present photo ID
  • Pick up racer kit (race number, etc)
  • Pick up prepaid race merchandise

Rider/Driver section: if you are a racer and need a ride down or if you are a Driver and want to bring a racer back down there will be an area set aside for you to meet.

6:30-8:00am – Road opens for rider’s cars to the summit.

Breakfast available for purchase at Glen View Café located in the Lodge across the street from the big tent.

6:30am – Drivers leave for the summit

VERY IMPORTANT: Drivers must leave EARLY. NO ONE is permitted to drive up after 8:00 a.m.  Please check the Mt. Washington Auto Road website for rates and vehicle restrictions. Be aware that a number of vehicle makes and models are prohibited from using the Auto Road. There are also weight restrictions depending on the type of vehicle.

Drivers presenting two or more ride coupons will receive free passage up the mountain. (Every racer receives a “Passenger Ticket”  to give his/her driver)

STAGEs depart for the summit with spectators. Be Early! – Tickets will be sold starting at 7:00 am on a first come, first serve basis. Stages will then proceed to the summit. No spectator vans available after 8:00 a.m. No advance ticket sales.

*Spectators may hike up the Auto Road prior to the start of the race. There will be a steady stream of cars driving up the road so pedestrians should be alert and stay to the side of the road. Remember there will be 600 cyclists racing up the road in four separate waves, please stay off the road until all racers have passed you.

Practice Ride

Practice Ride date for Newton’s Revenge is Sunday, June 2, 2013.

The Practice Ride will not open to the general public. The Practice Ride is reserved for those that have registered for the race. Registered participants will receive PR registration instructions via email. The PR is limited to 300 riders.The PR is on a first come first serve basis and is free to registered racers in Newton’s Revenge. Registered racers will need their confirmation # from Bikereg.
